There seems to be more buzz regarding Peter Forsberg in a Wild jersey these days. This MN Wild freak thinks it is a good possibility (remember my Wild Playoff Plans story?). It would give the Wild their very own wildcard player without selling the future. Besides it would give Leipold a chance to make his first major mark on his new Wild team.

Other Forsberg suitors: Philadelphia Flyers (4 points out of first in Atlantic) and Colorado Avalanche (5 points out of first in Northwest Division).  Both of those teams would benefit from Forsbergs leadership and ability to spark a team...hmmm.
