I have to print this quote from Wild winger Mark Parrish in regards to last night’s dramatic Wild Predators game:

"We love the drama. We want our fans to get every penny's worth. We want to put them through all the emotions."

I think the Wild fans would rather not experience the dreadful emotions of overtime. What is wrong with winning a hockey game in 60 minutes?

Next up for the Wild is another Xcel Energy Center home game. The Wild host the Vancouver Canucks on Tuesday at 7pm. It will be a hot game since the Canucks are on the heels of the Minnesota Wild in the Northwest Division.
