Minnesota Wild season ticket prices to be frozen next season

PrintThe Wild held a conference call for all season ticket holders with Craig Leipold today announcing that all season ticket prices for 2009-2010 will stay the same as the 2008-2009 season. Included in this call was the announcement that this season's Stanley Cup playoff tickets will maintain the prices from the 2008 playoffs.
“We are pleased to let our loyal season ticket holders know that ticket pricing will not change for the 2009 playoffs and 2009-10 season,” said Jamie Spencer, Vice President of Customer Sales and Service. “In light of the current economic conditions we wanted to announce ticket pricing as soon as possible and will be offering our fans a number of payment options so they can plan accordingly.”
The team currently has 16,500 season ticket holders and more than 7,500 season ticket deposit holders on a waiting list to purchase season tickets for next season. A $200.00 per seat deposit is required for each person on the waiting list. Renewal information will be sent to season ticket holders Feb. 17.
