And so it begins.
This is likely the last time fans at the Xwill see Marian Gaborik in a Wild sweater.
Not this season
Hopefully next year. Now we have Burns, Bouchard and Schultz all out with mushy-head.
That's alot of talent
Is this going on with other players in the league?
Trend
I hope it’s not, because the NHL might use that to further their goal of taking the roughness out of hockey. My wife just started watching a few years ago and she understands the role of the enforcer, granted the injuries have more to do with repetitive hits than anything, but if guys are getting hurt now on what I think are usually suspect hits, what will happen if there is not immediate response to show that kind of stuff won’t fly. Start of the second.
He's a 3rd line center
He’s not a finisher, but he’s a decent playmaker. He’s pretty much what I expected.
WILD GOAL!!!
Kim Johnsson from Marian Gaborik on the back door play! 4-1. Time to put the foot on the throat.
SCOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOORRRRRRRRRRRRRRRREEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEESSSSSS!!!!!!!!!!!

Dirk has lost it
“Expect lots of clutching and grabbing by the Wild in the 3rd. Refs have already let ’em get away with some.”

Looks like we are cheering for Dallas then, eh?
Not a lot of confidence there.

More whining
looked like that high stick started out as a block against a high stick…amazing how saintly Min is playing
If this is overturned, then it needs to be a penalty for tripping.
Nice to see someone drive to the net
Seriously
This is DAMN fun to watch. I’d rather they be entertaining if they’ll be mediocre either way
Apparently Gillies wants to fight Jones and Tootoo. Tootoo sees Scott coming in and hides behind the ref. Wuss.
I for one
Hope they offer him a big contract his summer for LOTS of years.

WHOOOOOO!
C-BUck puts it in. Drops his stick, celebrates.
God, I wish we had a whole team of Clutterbucks.

Ugh
I’m not used to sitting around waiting for someone else to lose.
I hate it.

Gaborik was last one off the ice after a slow, deliberate lap around the rink waving at fans. Interpret as you like.
My interpretation is...
That he read my post earlier. Yep. It was all me.

Yeah...
My wife and I were in our season ticket seats in section 111, and after some diliberation, we’re not sure how we feel about this. I do thank him for what he has done, but am p*$$3d about “the end.”
The one thing we can agree on: we waved “good-bye” with that last effort. Sorry, man, but good-bye.
