Could it ever work?
I wonder, could Barry Melrose make a gm?
Could Brian Engbloom make a coach?
I love their passion for the game and I think they know what it takes to win. If given the chance could they make a winning combination? It sounds intriguing. Comments?
I have to create 75 words to post, so I have this question to add. Does anyone know the info on Backstrom? I heard he has the same hip problem as Gaborik and needs surgery and will be out for six months. True or false?
The opinions posted here are not those of Hockey Wilderness

Melrose
I like Melrose right were he his. At ESPN. For years he has been there, and I don’t know what really happened at Tampa. But Barry had been out there for a long time. Must be something wrong with him.

I agree
I think Melrose mankes a decent analyst and I like his 5 minute blurbs on Sportscenter. Its been a long time since his hey day with the Kings.
