- Andrew Brunette - knee surgery (4 to 6 months recovery)
- Derek Boogaard - shoulder surgery (2 month recovery)
- Pierre-Marc Bouchard - concussion
- Nick Schultz - concussion
Anyone else think that there's nothing better for this team than a summer off and a push of the reset button?
