Gaborik a Ranger

TSN has Gaborik signing a five year, $5.75 million per year deal. If I am Gaborik, I fire Salcer tomorrow.

Here's the story.

See ya, Sally. Enjoy the Pine Rider NY.

UPDATE @ 7:53 PM... deal is for $7.5 million per year. Stupid Rangers.

For that money we couldn't sign him?????

I am pissed that he bolted for NY for way less than I originally thought he would get. How the hell could this happen. Perhaps the Wild didn’t want him anyway…..

Not that I'm bragging...

But I did tell all my friends that he would be going to the Rangers well over 6 months ago.

All I had to do was remember that they were the team that signed Jagr a few years ago.

Bye Mary...

I hope NY has good doctors over there to cure his lack of “Groin Strength”,what a “Puff”,I wonder if the Rangers agreed to fly his girlfriend Demitra over any time he needs him! Bwahaha!

Any ideas on how we could snag him? He is on the block.

by jmedin on Jul 1, 2009 9:40 PM CDT reply actions

I don't think there is interest...

if there was i was thinking…maybe PMB, Pouliot and Picks…

by Tony_O on Jul 1, 2009 9:41 PM CDT up reply actions

Havlat was clutch in the playoffs

Gabby never shows up in the big games.

by jmedin on Jul 1, 2009 9:41 PM CDT reply actions

Kessel...

The Bruins wanted defense and a pick for him,so maybe if we traded cuma and zidlicky…Hell throw in Bouchard too! IDK,just throwin it out there…

I'll miss Gaborik

And I’m calling it now:

70 games, 50 goals, 35 assists.

you mean in the enitre 5 years right. JK JK.
But IMHO Havlat @ 5 million >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> Gaborik @ 7.5
Now you have a goal scoring superstar signed for cheap enough that other holes can be filled too
