Questions to Answer

  1. Will Martin Havlat show up his old squad?
  2. Is this the last we'll see of Andy Hilbert and Danny Irmen?
  3. Where on earth is Mikko Koivu?
  4. Can Tyler Cuma shine in his first action of the year?
  5. Is Pouliot just leading us along to leave us wanting more, or is today his last chance to perform before heading back to Houston?

Pouls is centering Havlat and Sykora

It’s either hero or zero.

Ugh

1st per summary

1 Havlat goal
2 fights
90 penalties
54632 hits

This is like a street brawl with a hint of hockey game flavor.

2nd Intermission comments

Brodziak isn’t a faceoff machine today — he’s losing many of them.

The chippiness remains, but there were fewer penalties in period 2. Both teams are doing a fine job finding the post.

2 more fights – Kuma and Sifers from the Wild.

This “hockey game” is crazy.

That line looked great

Not necessarily because Pouls was a superstar, but the other two on that line sure as hell are. This team with Havlat + Sykora is going to be fun as hell to watch.
