After sitting out with a minor injury since late last week, Mikko Koivu returned to the ice for a workout Monday morning at Xcel Energy Center and pronounced himself on the mend. "Felt good," Koivu said, adding that his prognosis is "day by day." Asked if he was 100 percent, he said, "If I'd be 100 percent, I'd be on the ice, hopefully in a game already."

Glad to see him going back to juniors. It is nice to see a management staff that will actually develop the players and not pull them up just because. I know DR never brought him up either, but I have a feeling he would have.
