Wilderness Walk for 12-24-2010
It amazes me how some people can still be considered journalists and not moved into the "columnist" role. Coming into last night's game, we had to know that Adrian Dater would have his fair share of complaints. You see, he would tell you he isn't an Avs homer, but when they lose, he is pissy and when they win he gloats. So... you do the math.
Again yesterday, he called them the Minnesota "Mild." This despite the Wild putting up over 30 SOG, destroying the Avs physically, and scoring three goals against his favorite team. What is it you told me, Adrian? I sounded like a jilted lover? Your favorite squad lost, and the articles and blog you wrote about it certainly make you seem like a truly objective observer.
Keep up the great work.
Head to Facebook for the Question of the Day, and make sure you keep your eyes open over the next two days for "fact" based information for the HWRG2000.

Dater's article is classic whiny homerism.
Quite enjoyable, really, if you don’t take him seriously.

and has the advantage
of being more readable than Tom Powers’ cheesy prose.
And once you see “professional” in quotes, yeah, I’m not taking anything further seriously. Even if he is a “professional”

So close to the holidays… I know there’s no good time to lose a loved one, but to lose one now is just cruel fate.

It truly is
RIP, it’s sad how people can be taken away and so young too.
According to my friends: I talk about hockey way too much.
