I knew if I waited long enough, the dude that stole my bike would be stupid enough to post a picture...

There is no news today. No links, no hockey. Just family and heavy drinking.

While we love to joke, be snarky, and down right nasty people here at Hockey Wilderness, we would like to take a moment to offer a Merry Christmas to everyone celebrating today. Your managing editor and editor are not the biggest fan of the day, but we understand the joy, happiness and love of family that comes with it.

From the Hockey Wilderness writing staff to the Hockey Wilderness family, we wish you a very Merry Christmas. We hope you get everything you ever wanted in life, including a scoring winger.

If you are around, please leave a message for your fellow Wilderness readers. Maybe tell us what your favorite Christmas song is in the comment section. For my favorite song, make the jump. Warning... it contains swearing and could scar young children.

Please, make sure there are no children around if you are going to play this song. However, make sure Grandma Maude gets to hear it. She loves Corey Taylor. No... really. Look in her CD player. I bet Slip Knot is in there right now.

I hope you all have a fun day with your families. I will be going to my dad’s side of the family today which should be interesting, since they are all pretty crazy. But hey that’s what makes things fun.

Awesome vid :) I liked the Taking Back Sunday one myself.

HW is like my second family, Monica is the mom, Nathan’s the dad, Daniel’s my twin, and Bryan is that uncle who touches us places (or as Patton Oswalt would say, Uncle Touchy). HW readers are the cousins, the friends and I’m really happy to be a part of this family. A very merry Christmas to everyone reading this and happy hangovers! I’m hungover right now in fact, so I’ve got a head start! Enjoy!

Whoa… now I’m the pedophile uncle? Son of a… The problem is, JS is French Canadian. He doesn’t understand that self love is not the same thing as your uncle touching you. Besides, JS, isn’t “Uncle Touchy” what you named your left hand?

I tend to think of Bryan more more as the uncle that the kids all find a ton of fun, but the grown ups just sigh and wonder if he’s ever going to grow up. And when there’s a ruckus, he’s usually the one behind it.
