In a move that is both wonderful to see, and troubling to see, the Aeros have reassigned Joel Broda and Peter Zingoni to the Bakersfield Conders. While it is absolutely wonderful to see the partnership working out, and players being entrusted to the Condors, it is a bit unnerving to see Broda sent to the ECHL. Many around Minnesota (myself included) had some hope that Broda was on a sharp upward trajectory. Obviously, an assignment to the ECHL does not mean the chances are over, but it is a bit unsettling. We'll have to keep an eye on these two players as they find further development in the ECHL.
