I think Kobasew and Mittens are interchangeable, but with a healthy pmb there is no reason why Miettinen stays on the top line.

Bruno – Koivu – PMB (Mittens if PMB not cleared to play)
Havlat – Cullen – Lats
Clutterbuck – Madden – Kobasew
Nystrom – Brodziak or Wellman (seems rather unlikely) – Staubitz (Mittens if PMB cleared to play)

I don’t really like Mittens on the top line, but then again, if PMB’s not cleared to play, there’s no sense in breaking that line up… although Kobasew could be an option if his knee’s A-OK… I would LOVE to see Wellman up, but he’s probably going to be the first call-up… hopefully not the healthy scratch as this would hamper his development.
