This just in from Bob McKenzie of TSN, via Twitter:
"MIN's Marty Havlat is confirmed as an all-star replacement. He will be going to Raleigh."
Congrats to Marty as he joins Brent Burns in North Carolina this weekend. Well deserved.

I kind of wish it would’ve been Koivu though…
The year that Backs was our only all-star was dull… only 20 minutes of interest in the game, and goalies are never very interesting in the all-star game
