This is referee Stephane Auger attempting to explain how badly he screwed up. That, or he didn't get his fries with his order.

This could be it folks. Unless Brent Burns and Martin Havlat start talking about ripping Alex Ovechkin in the skills competition, there may not be much for a Walk for a few days. Today's is already a bit of stretch. I could give you updates on Russo's golf game, but he stopped updating us at the 6th tee.

So, today you get just a handful of links, nothing overly exciting, but enough to get you primed for all of the... um... nothing. There will be a whole lot of that the next few days. And not the cool "nothing" from The Never Ending Story, either. Just nothing. Big, stupid, boring nothing. Great idea to just shut it down for a week, NHL.

All-Stars, Condors put on a show – BakersfieldCondors.com - A re-cap of the ECHL All-Star game that the Wild's affiliate hosted. A little over 7000 people showed up. Not bad for minor league hockey in SoCal, eh?

He scored in his own net last night. Conklin put the rebound on his stick and he slammed it home. He was actually trying to clear it to the corner, but it didn’t work out.
