Clayton Stoner's Brother Luke Dies in Accident

This is not the type of thing we are here to report on, nor the type of news we desire to bring to you. However, as Wild fans, and as Clayton Stoner fans, you deserve to be aware of the situation.

According to the Wild's Facebook page:

The entire Wild organization sends its deepest sympathies to Clayton Stoner and his family. Clayton's brother, Luke (30), tragically died in an accident on Friday. Luke lived in Port McNeill, B.C. with his wife, Carolann, and son, Kade. A second child is due in June. You can join the Wild in donating to Luke's young family at the CIBC in Port McNeill, and everybody can keep the family in their thoughts and prayers.

Words certainly fail us at times like these, so we will simply say that the thoughts and prayers of everyone at Hockey Wilderness are with Luke's friends and family. Judging by the type of man Clayton is, it is safe to say that Luke was a good man, and we are saddened to learn of his death.

Please join us, and the Wild, in helping out Luke's family by making a donation:

If you would like to donate to Luke Stoner's family, donations can be made via the CIBC bank in Port McNeill:

Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce (CIBC)
1596 Broughton Boulevard, Port McNeill, BC V0N 2R0, Canada
(250) 956-3351

Feel free to express your condolences below, or head over to the Wild's Facebook page to join the growing collections of thoughts there.
