Wild Pre-Season Schedule Released
While we all wait impatiently for the NHL to release the regular season schedule, the Wild have released their pre-season schedule. The schedule features home and away games against Saint Louis, Edmonton, and Columbus, along with one game against the mighty Penguins. Saint Louis and Columbus are favorite pre-season opponents, likely due to proximity.
If nothing else, this gives you a date for when you can begin to claw your way out of hibernation.
Make the jump for the full schedule.
As sent by the Wild:
DAY DATE OPPONENT TIME (CT)
Tue. Sept. 20 @ Edmonton 8:00 P.M.
Thur. Sept. 22 @ St. Louis 7:00 P.M.
FRI. Sept. 23 COLUMBUS 7:00 P.M.

TUE. Sept. 27 ST. LOUIS 7:00 P.M.

We're okay with pre-season games.
Obviously not our favorite, but ultimately no pressure hockey for the most part. I still don’t like it is a full ticket price in our season ticket package, but whatever. It is an opportunity for us to take our son (now 1 year old) and not worry too much about showing up late and leaving early.
Being from Minnesota, it would be rude to put something clever here.
Maybe the game in Columbus..
It’s about a 2 and a half hour drive from where I live, so if the tickets are discounted or if I can get them free I would probably go. Otherwise I think I’ll wait till I’m in MN again or at least wait for the regular season before I make the drive to Columbus.
