Aero's GDT 11/9

Alright folks. Time to shake things off and jump on the rally train. There Aero's are back at it tonight against The Lake Erie Monsters (baby Avs), and are looking to bounce back from the depression that was last nights game. Heather did a great wrap up over at Third Intermission (http://thethirdintermission.blogspot.com) I can't link it for some reason right now.

So, Torchetti (Aeros coach for those that are new to Aero facts) said in his wrap up that he thinks some of the guys aren't playing 100% and that there might be some call ups from the Solar Bears if the situation isn't fixed. Personally, I support this move. I have definitely noticed some guys not pulling their weight. I'm not at call out point yet, but I will be soon. Adding to the interesting side of this story, the Aero's recalled Mike Montgomery from Orlando (he's a D guy). This is interesting because he was only sent down 4 days ago, and adds a bit of fire to Torchy's comments.

I will be a bit late to the game chat tonight due to work, but I will be here! Check Aero Joe for the official audio feed link.

Tonight's questions

1.) Again, our defense has been horrible lately. Do they shape up tonight after having their spots threatened?

2.) It's been a full week since the Granlund and Brodin injuries. How are we fairing without them?

3.) Lake Erie and Rockford got in a huge fight during their game last weekend (check out Second City Hockey for more details). Are there any big scuffles tonight?

4.) Speaking of scuffles, Baldwin got his first professional point last night, and admitted in an interview with Aero Joe last night that one of Toronto's goals in the 1st was completely his fault. How is he fitting in? Does he look out of place?

5.) Is tonight's game any better than last nights? I hope for my sanity the answer is yes.

Catch up with everyone in a few hours!
