Wilderness Walk for 3-26-2012

Yep. He's pretty good.

If anyone was wondering, it was about 8PM last evening. That's when the casual sports fan in Minnesota tuned out from the Minnesota Wild and started the 2012 Minnesota Twins season. Word on the Twins is that they aren't going to be very good this season, either. At least with the Twins, you can sit outside and enjoy the sun while soaking in the losing.

Last night also marked the last meaningful game in the 2011-12 Minnesota Wild season, even for the die hard fans. The die-hards will still watch, but there is no joy in Mudville at this point. It's all over but the playing it out. The die-hards' main thinking likely now shifts to the draft. Which is perfectly acceptable, and completely normal. Your Walk today has some good stuff on the draft. Later this morning, we take a look at the lottery. Hopefully it helps.

Enjoy your day.

By the way, the SBNation site for the Twins is Twinkie Town, and is run by one of the best people I have never actually met.
