A winning streak at a most inopportune time. Excellent play by Erik Christensen. A rookie playing well to make an impression in Jason Zucker. A Chicago team clinching a playoff berth last night. Things just may be aligning for another win for the Wild tonight in Chicago.
Chicago is playing for home ice, but without Jonathan Toews who is the lifeblood of the team. Johnny Oduya and Nick Leddy have been backsliding lately and will need to solidify their play against a Wild team looking to continue to play spoiler and ruin their chances at the lottery.
It's April Fools Day. No jokes please.
Enjoy the game.
Five Questions:
- The Jason Zucker - Erik Christensen - Nick Johnson line was excellent last night. Will that continue tonight?
- Will Andrew Brunette show the Wild why he still belongs in the NHL?
- How many people will long for Nick Leddy?
- Where are Dany Heatley and Devin Setoguchi?
- Do the Wild fall out of the bottom five tonight?
