Today's playoffs games start at 2PM central time, but them there is a nice gap while people... eat? Drink? Be merry? Regardless of the thinking of the NHL schedule makers, it makes sense to split the thread today into two parts.

The first part features just one game. Game 2 of the Bruins vs the Caps. It's one series that just doesn't have the shine that the others do. Maybe it is because there is not a team involved here that anyone around here has any strong feelings towards. Tim Thomas checked Daniel Sedin hard in the finals last year, making him a cult hero here, but the Caps have Matt Hendricks.

So... choose your team, whichever it may be. Enjoy the game. See you after one more grade for the rest of the games.
