Former Minnesota Wild 2012 Stanley Cup Finals Dream Team

Looking at the playoff teams I started to notice a lot of decent former Wild players start to stick out and score goals.

This got me thinking. Could you fill out an entire roster with former Wild players? Would they be any good? Could they beat this year's Minnesota Wild?

I ended up discovering (thanks to the All-Time Roster feature on Wild.com) there are enough players to fill out a line-up. Actually, enough to have 10 reserves. Here are the lines I ended up developing.

Marian Gaborik - Martin Havlat - Brian Rolston

Pascal Dupuis - Andrew Ebbett - Andrew Brunette

Benoit Pouliot - John Madden - Joel Ward

Adam Hall - Dominic Moore - Richard Park

Willie Mitchell - Marc-Andre Bergeron John Scott

Brent Burns - Filip Kuba

Greg Zanon - Marek Zidlicky

Jose Theodore

Dwayne Roloson Anton Khudobin

Reserves

Patrick O'Sullivan, Casey Wellman, Petr Sykora, James Sheppard, Mark Parrish

Zbynek Michalek, Maxim Noreau, Sean O'Donnell,

So, that's a really interesting team. They have a lack of talent at center (Hence Havlat centering the first line), but they've got solid goaltending, decent scoring talent and some... interesting reserves.

What do you think? How would this team fare?
