Hockey Wilderness Playoff Open Thread: Round Two, Day One

Welcome to the second round, everyone. We've lost some baggage along the way, including the winners of the last four Stanley Cups. The second round features some interesting matchups, including some sunbelt hockey action sure to irritate some of our friends around the league.

Tonight, the second round kicks off with the Phoenix Coyotes facing the Nashville Predators, in the battle of "No YOU get bought by Jim Balsillie and moved to Hamilton where somehow people think another hockey team is a good idea despite it being WAY too close to Toronto to draw fans away from the Maple Leafs."

Enjoy the game tonight. You know, since the wise people in the NHL scheduling room only have the one game tonight.
