Hockey Movie Character MVP Bracket: Happy Gilmore vs Russ Tyler

Two time Open Championship winner Padraig Harrington teaches proper technique for lowering yourself to the ground to yell at the ball.

Today, we have a bit of an odd match-up. Happy Gilmore stops by as the odd man out assigned to the Mighty Ducks Division in our little contest. The unfortunate recipient of this powerhouse is young Mr. Russ Tyler from the amazingly cheesey D2: The Mighty Ducks.

It was believed that Herb Brooks in the Mutt Division was going to be the largest landslide in this vote-off. We stand corrected. Not to sway your vote (you can vote for whoever you want), but Happy Gilmore is one of the favorite hockey themed characters of all time, even if he is a golfer. Where else are you going to get to see Bob Barker punch Adam Sandler in the mouth?

Nowhere. That's where.
