Wilderness Walk 12-14-2013: Finishing off the Western Road Trip Edition

Haula's back! - Hannah Foslien

Tonight is the Wild's last game of this 3-game road trip out west.

Hello, Wilderness!

Tonight is the Wild's last game of this 3-game road trip out west, as they once again do battle with the Colorado Avalanche.

The last time the Wild played them was in that back-to-back home and home to finish off the month of November. Both of those games ending up being losses (the one in Colorado being in the shootout), so the Wild will be hungry to finally get a win against this Avs team that has surprised everyone this year.

Since tonight is another divisional game, these 2 points are as important as ever, as a win tonight will allow us to leapfrog them.

For whatever reason, the Wild haven't been able to find their magic on the road, so I'm hoping the Wild will come out as strong as they have at home and end this road trip on a high note.

Hope you all enjoy the game tonight!

One more note before I get into the walk. I would like to thank those of you who voted for me in Fox Sports North's Who Wore it Best contest. Since I was one of the top 10 vote-getters (I was 4th to be exact), that means I have won some Wild gear!

Let's go for a walk now, shall we?
