Matt Kassian traded to Ottawa for 2014 6th round pick
Per the Mn Wild:
The Minnesota Wild has acquired a sixth-round pick in the 2014 NHL Entry Draft from the Ottawa Senators in exchange for forward Matt Kassian.
The 26-year-old recorded one goal and 12 penalty minutes in nine games with the Houston Aeros of the American Hockey League (AHL) this season after the Wild reassigned him on Feb. 14. The 6-foot-4, 232-pound native of Edmonton, Alberta did not appear in a game with Minnesota this season and notched two goals and 67 PIM in 28 career matches with the Wild. Kassian was originally selected by Minnesota in the second round (57th overall) of the 2005 NHL Entry Draft
Been a busy day for the operations guys at the Wild it seems. What do you think Wilderness?
(Seems like I'll be watch the Sens a bit more)
