How did I give up all those goals? - Jeff Gross
The Wild had a fighting chance towards the end of last night's game, but they just couldn't pull through.
Another sad day for all of us here in the Wilderness. What started off as a crappy game ended up being a game that we could have won. I think the things that hurt the Wild in this game were when we gave up 2 goals early in the game, and our lackluster offense that we had up until the 3rd period. This was a tough game for us as Anaheim is the 2nd best team in our conference, and trump us in almost everything. On the bright side, we are now contenders for the playoffs as we have now moved up to the 8th spot after our 4-3 win against the Coyotes in Phoenix 4 nights ago. There is no need to worry, as there's still some time left in this season. We just need to move on from this loss, and just make the most of the rest of this short season. Now, let's take a Walk:

It was a tough break for us, but we'll just have to move on and hope to get back on the right track when we come back home to face the Oilers tomorrow night.
