Minnesota State High School Tourney Day 4

And on to the final day of the Tourney.

In Class A action:

Yesterday, Hermantown defeated Breck 4-3 in the 2nd OT. St. Thomas defeated East Grand Forks 11-0.

For the Consolation round, Rochester Lourdes will face off against Marshall Duluth.

Currently playing for third place, we have Breck and East Grand Forks. That game started at 9 am.

Herman Town and St. Thomas will face off today at noon for first and second places.

For Class AA:

Yesterday, Edina beat Duluth East 3-2. Hill Murray beat Wayzata 2-1. In the consolation round, Moorehead beat Lakeville North 5-3, and Eastview beat Centennial 3-2.

Facing off in the consolation round today, Moorehead and Eastview will play at noon.

For third place, Duluth East will face Wayzata at 4 pm.

And battling it out for first and second places are Hill Murray and Edina at 7.

Minnesota State High School Tournament Day 3

In Class A action Wednesday, Breck defeated Marshall High School 6-1. Hermantown defeated Marshall Duluth 3-0. Breck and Hermantown will face off today at 11 am. St. Thomas Academy blew out St. Cloud Apollo 12-0 and will face East Grand Forks which defeated Rochester Lourdes 3-2 today at 1.

In the consolation round played yesterday, Marshal High School was defeated by Marshal Duluth by a score of 4-1. Rochester Lourdes defeated St. Cloud Apollo 6-4. Marshall Duluth and Rochester Lourdes will go on to face each other tomorrow for the final consolation spot.

For Class AA, Duluth East beat Moorehead by 1-0. Lakeville North was defeated by Edina 9-3. Duluth East and Edina will face off at 6 pm tonight. Hill Murry beat Eastview 6-3. And Wayzata beat Centennial 2-1 in overtime. Hill Murray and Wayzata will face at 8.

The Consolation round consists of Moorehead facing Lakeville today at 10 at Mariucci Arena. At noon, Eastview will face Centennial.

Yesterday in Class A action, Breck defeated Marshall High School 6-1. Hermantown defeated Marshall Duluth 3-0. Breck and Hermantown will face off tomorrow at 11 am. St. Thomas Academy blew out St. Cloud Apollo 12-0 and will face East Grand Forks which defeated Rochester Lourdes 3-2 tomorrow at 1.

Coming up today at 11, we see Moorehead (14-11-2) vs Duluth East (24-4-0). Top point scorers for Moorehead are Tony Uglem and Aaron Herdt. Leading goaltender is Jacob Dittmer. On the Duluth East side, top point scorers are Jack Forbort and Alex Toscano and their leading goaltender is Dylan Parker.

At 1 pm, we have Lakeville North (11-16-1) vs Edina (22-6-0). Top point scorers for Lakeville North are Tristen Hazlett and Jack Diercks. Top goalie is Will Dupont. For Edina, leading point scorers are Connor Hurley and Dylan Malmquist. Their leading goaltender is Willie Benjamin.

Coming up at 6, it's Eastview (18-9-1) vs Hill Murray (25-2-1). Top point scorers for Eastview are Ryan MacNamara and Jake McGlocklin. Top goaltender is Zachary Driscoll. For Hill Murray, top point scorers are Zach LaValle and Mitch Slattery and their leading goaltender is John Dugas.

And finally at 8, it finishes up with Centennial (22-4-2) and Wayzata (21-7-0). For Centennial, top point scorers are Rynner Gorowsky and Hans Gorowsky. Their leading goalie is Patrick Munson. For Wayzata, top point scorers are Matthew Freytag and Zach Sorensen. Leading goalie is Aaron Dingman.
