Fletcher has recently said per Russo that he would put our young guys up against anyone. So what does that mean for lines? It has me thinking of a few possibilities.... This is what I have come up with:
There are a few things that concern me with these pairings though. With FBJ on the second line at center instead of Coyle, that line would be beyond a defensive liability. I like the first line with the Kaptain and ZP sticking together because I don't think we saw enough of that combo with Pomminville to see if that brings more chemistry. I think my third line idea would be a fun line to watch, as much as we all hate Matt Cooke, because their skill sets complement each other well and Mitchell brings tons of speed into the mix. I am not ready to trust Granlund at center full time and if he can't I doubt he stays with the big club. If Zucker and/or Coyle can't get it done Neiderrieter and possibly FBJ will be waiting in Iowa.
So, Wilderness, what do you think?
