Wilderness Walk 9-24-2013: 9 Days Edition

Russell LaBounty-USA TODAY Sport

The Minnesota Wild pulled off a nice comeback last night when Keith Ballard tied the game in the third period and Jason Zucker scored the lone shootout goal.

9 more days folks! The Minnesota Wild kick off the 2013-14 NHL season at home against the Los Angeles Kings in just 9 more days. The Wild showed a little perseverance on the road last night and came away with a win on the road. Very nice to see hear the Wild's kids stick to it and goalie Josh Harding staying strong in the net. From the sound of it we had some great performances out of the kids last night, they are not making decision time very easy on the Wild coaching staff.

We have a pile of links for you today, the news is overflowing in fact so let's get right to it shall we?
