Mike Rupp gets 4 games for his hit on T.J. Oshie last night.

Wild forward Mike Rupp had a phone hearing with Stephane Quintal this morning following his hit on St. Louis Blues forward T.J. Oshie. It was determined that he was suspended for 4 games, including 3 playoff games. Rupp was given a match penalty for attempt to injure on the play. He will forfeit $7,692.31. Here's the suspension video with the explanation. As for Oshie, he will not play in Dallas tonight.

Needless to say, last night probably was his last game in a Wild uniform and possibly his last NHL game.

So, what are your thoughts? Good call by the Department of Player Safety?
