Wilderness Walk: New Lines Edition

Odd Photo - Hannah Foslien

What lines do people expect next season? I personally don't want to see Parise and Granlund split up. Plus Nino should get a shot at top 6 Minutes

I could spend this walk talking about Vanek and the depth players we signed, but you’re probably getting sick of all that by now. Instead, I’m focusing on the Buffalo Sabers. The team that just slapped us in the face.

How about those Buffalo Sabers!!
We give them two 2nd round picks for Matt Moulson and McCormik. And then they sign both Moulson and McCormik this off season anyway. Plus, the loss of those 2 players during the regular season improved their draft stock!

Well played Buffalo, well played. Enjoy all of our picks. (And players from last season)

Also, the Sabers just had what looks to be a great draft. (Sam Reinhart and Brenden Lemiuex, not to shabby)
They are already stacked in Defensive prospects (most seem to be 7ft tall)
They have 3 first round picks in next years stacked draft (McDavid or Eckle is a real possibility)
This team should be a a force in the near future.

Edmonton take note: this is how you rebuild a franchise!!!

The only thing I dislike about this Sabers team is those awful 3rd jerseys!

My dream Minnesota Wild lines for next season

Parise - Granlund - Pommiville

Vanek - Koivu - Nino

Cooke - Haula - Coyle

Zucker - Brodziak - Somebody

Don’t split up Parise and Granlund!!!!

On to your walk
