Tailgating?
Has anyone ever seen people tailgating before a Wild game,, if so where?. I was thinking of giving it a shot in the lots on eagle street, we usually just go to Allary's for pre-game, but thinking about trying something new this year
Just a thought...
How dangerous could our second line be in the next few years if you have Zack Phillips centering Guillaume Latendresse and Pierre-Marc Bouchard? Neither Granlund or Phillips will play in the NHL this coming season. But, while Granlund will probably begin his first North American pro season down in Houston getting used to the North American style of game, Phillips will be coming off his third major junior season with St. John as the go-to guy. Phillips could definitely make the jump especially if he focuses on his skating and bulking up during this season and next offseason. Put him between a fit Latendresse and healthy Bouchard and it's magic! Plus, Granlund will most likely make the leap into the roster sometime in the season and we've already seen what he can do when paired with Phillips. Anyone else getting major goosebumps thinking about it?
Fighters
we basically just lost our big fighters when boogie and scott left. who is going to be doing the fighting now?
i have a feeling stoner might step up a couple times, and clutterbuck will do more now without attention being put on boogie or scott, since clutterbuck likes to hit.
Second period music?
Cananybody tell me who sings the song that is played at the Morgue as the Wild take the ice to start the second period?
NHL Network Free Week starting Mon 3-2
Just wanted to pass on that NHL Net will be free this week, starting Mar 2, for anyone who does not already have access to it. I love "On The Fly" It's like SportsCenter but just hockey, which is the opposite Sportscenter, I guess. They also show a couple games each week too, along with some other cool stuff. Anyway check it out if you want
