Wild to Show Twins Game at the X

According to Bruce Brothers of the Pioneer Press:

The Minnesota Wild, who open their home season against the Anaheim Ducks at 8:15 p.m. Tuesday, announced today they will open Gate 1 at the Xcel Energy Center at 4 p.m. for ticket-holders to watch the Twins-Tigers AL Central tiebreaker game on the arena's scoreboard screens.

Showing the baseball game inside the X will replace the team's planned pregame party on the top level of the RiverCentre parking ramp across the street from the arena.

The Wild will show the baseball broadcast on the scoreboard screen until the Wild and Ducks take the ice for warm-ups shortly before 7:30 p.m., and will show the baseball game on all the TV sets positioned around the arena concourse.

Good on ya, Wild. This is very cool.
