The Wild are coming off a fantastic opening night performance, and now travel for a quick trip to Long Island to face the Islanders on Columbus Day, playing at noon. This is just ridiculous, but hey, happy Thanksgiving Canada!

This is a game of young talent versus young talent with some veteran leadership thrown in for good measure. Can the Wild continue their dominant play against Eastern foes or will the Islanders finally start putting their young talent together?

Five Questions:

  1. Does the top line continue their dominance
  2. With Bouchard suspended, will the second line falter in providing secondary scoring?
  3. Does Marco Scandella build on a solid opening night?
  4. Will the Wild continue to be outshot?
  5. How does Matt Kassian look in his first game back?
