Wild: Kurtis Foster has become the third Wild player to leave for Europe. He has signed with the SM Liiga’s Tappara.

Aeros: The Wild started off Friday night at the Oklahoma City Barons with a 6-4 win . Hacket started the game but was pulled in favor of Darcy Kuemper. Goals were scored by Coyle, Granlund, McMillian, Rau and a pair by Fontaine.

Saturday Night was against the Milwaukee Admirals. Keumper recorded his first shut out (4-0). Goals were scored by Conelly, Larsson and Coyle had a pair.

Solar Bears: The Solar Bears started action Thursday night against the South Carolina Stingrays. John Curry had a 5-3 win. Goals were scored by Cruthers and Fortier. Nick Peterson also recorded the first hat trick in Solar Bears history.

Sunday, they were off again against the Greenville Road Warriors. This ended in a 6-5 shoot out loss taken by Mike Brodeur. Goals were scored by Fortier, Medvec, Cruthers, Baker and Mignardi. The Solar Bears were scoreless in the shoot out.

Events: The Defending the Blue Line Player Charity game was held on Sunday, and by all accounts was a huge success. I was watching from home and it looked awesome. The Army beat the Air Force 9-7.
