The Minnesota Swarm and Hockey Wilderness have partnered to bring long suffering Minnesota sports fans a chance to see meaningful games in May. Through this partnership, the Swarm are offering discounted tickets for any Minnesota sports fan who has suffered through seasons of missed playoffs, 100 loss seasons, field goals wide left, or blown ACLs that lead to collapses.

The ticket prices were held steady at regular season pricing, and with this discount, are actually cheaper than you could have attended the Swarm during the regular season. Try getting that from a "major" sports franchise.

This isn't something you want to miss out on. This is a chance to see that thing you hear about on TV and talk radio. Those "playoffs" that you hear other team's fans bragging about. This is your chance to jump on board the bandwagon, and come see a game that actually means something.

Since this is a Wild site, ask yourself this... when was the last time you saw something meaningful happen at the X in May? Sure, sure, there is always next year, when the kids get here. But guess what, the kids are already here for the Swarm, and they have themselves one game away from the finals.

It's been a long time since that happened here in Minnesota.

You should do yourselves a favor and get down to the Hive for this one. You can get your tickets through the Ticketmaster site, and using promo code: Xcel.

Here is how the price structure works out:

Colony (Sideline): $38 (saves $6)

Worker Bee (Endzone, Lower Rows): $22 (saves $4)

Swarm Troopers (Endzone Upper Rows): $18 (saves $2)
