The Minnesota Wild fly home to lick their wounds after dropping another road game and earning themselves 3 points of a possible 8 on the road trip. The Wild's lone victory on the trip coming in Buffalo.
I was at a family friends anniversary party last night, so I didn't get much of a chance to watch the game although I dipped in and out throughout the night. It looked like from what I saw to be more of the same. A lot of puck possession, a bunch of chances and just no finishing touch.
The Wild do not play again until Tuesday, when the Nashville Predators will be in town. Hopefully a few days of practice will give this team the scoring punch they lack right now because I'm pretty sick of dominating a game and not winning.
