Wilderness Walk 10-22-2013: Game Day Edition

New, comments

It's time to get off the schneid Wilderness, the Wild welcome the Predators into their home tonight to burn up some pent up frustration.

Mike Strasinger-USA TODAY Sports

Another game day is upon us Wilderness. The Nashville Predators are in town to help the Minnesota Wild do away with this losing streak they have grown so attached to on their recent road trip. According to the laws of fancy stats, something has to break here. I feel like we are beginning to sound like Edmonton fans talking about how we outplay so many opponents and just wait for us to turn this train around.

Can you even turn a train around? It seems like a lot of work...

That is besides the point. Fancy stats or not, this team needs to figure out how to transpose the words corsi and fenwick into goals and wins. The masses are getting restless and we simply do not have enough excuses to go around anymore.

So how about it Wilderness, are you ready to take advantage of a little home cooking?
