Wilderness Walk 6-29-2013: Eve of the Draft Edition

Hello, Wilderness!

As most of you probably know, today is the eve of the NHL Entry Draft. Many predictions have been made over these last few weeks in the form of mock drafts (including our very own), and tomorrow we will finally see if any of our speculations translate into the actual draft. Coverage of the draft tomorrow will be available on the NBC Sports Network at 2 PM central time, and will continue until 7 PM. Later round coverage will be shown on NHL Network from 7PM central time until 9:30 PM. Let's take a Walk now, shall we?

Fans continued their celebrations for the Hawks winning the Stanley Cup with a parade through downtown Chicago yesterday. Not only have fans been celebrating in the Chicago area, but also in the area I live, the Milwaukee area. At a Milwaukee Brewers baseball game I went to 3 days ago, I saw quite a few Cubs fans there wearing Blackhawks jerseys, T-shirts, and hats.
