Wilderness Walk: Better Late than Never Edition

New, comments

It's a little bit late this morning, but here is your daily procrastination tool for a slow day at the office.

Brace Hemmelgarn-USA TODAY Sports

Apologies Wilderness, this should have been out a little bit ago but like an idiot I, well I forgot. Nevertheless we are here and ready to get your day started with your fix of links that you crave.  Today's title kind of has a double meaning as well. Sure the Walk is a bit later today, that's all well and good. But your Minnesota Wild decided to show up to their game last night a little late as well.

We were rewarded with another late game surge from the Wild last night as the came back from down 3-1 to send the game to a shootout on the back of Kyle Brodziak and the 2 goals he provided. I know a lot of us were thinking after he was unable to bury his first breakaway attempt that we were going to see the same old Brodziak who can do everything but score goals, but he proved us all wrong last night.

Remember, he's not been charged with anything. I always find it funny when a guy who has been convicted of something starts tossing around names just to take the heat off himself. Vanek is obviously a big name, so he gets the most traction.
