Wilderness Walk: Game Day Edition

New, comments

All you need to catch up on Minnesota hockey news.

Brace Hemmelgarn-USA TODAY Sports

Good morning Wilderness, I hope you all survived Halloween.  The Wild begin the month of November with a tough matchup tonight against the Dallas Stars at home.  The Stars have had a decent start to the year, going 4-2-4 after falling to the Ducks last night.

The Stars' offense is lethal, so the Wild will have to be on their game despite being without Jared Spurgeon.  Jonas Brodin and Christian Folin may be healthy enough to reenter the lineup.  Erik Haula may as well, but it will depend on today's morning skate.  Make sure you read the articles below for a full update on the injuries as well as the further developments in the Thomas Vanek case.  According to his agent, Vanek has done nothing wrong and is fully cooperating.  So we'll just have to wait and see where this goes.
