Wilderness Walk: Winless Wilderness Edition

Greg M. Cooper-USA TODAY Sports

Good morning Wilderness! I trust you all slept well. So the Wild closed out their 4-game road trip last night in Boston against the Bruins and suffered their 3rd consecutive loss. They mustered up a measly 3 out of 8 possible points in that 4 game stretch. Hopefully this isn't the beginning of the winter blues the Wild have suffered the past few seasons.

I don't want to get too deep on you guys here. It's early in the morning and we recapped this last night and your Pivotal Moment will be coming shortly as well. Jason Zucker went down late in the game last night. Literally in the final seconds of a game the Wild were losing 4-2. They had absolutely no chance of evening the score. That wasn't Matt Beleskey's thought however. He decided that was as good a time as any to practice his golf swing against the back of Zucker's leg.

It certainly didn't look vicious, but it was careless and unnecessary nonetheless. So, thanks Beleskey. You're a true sportsman.

Well, the Wild have certainly had better times...
