The Wild managed two earn their 2 points last night against another team playing the second half of a back-to-back.  This effectively stopped the bleeding of the last two losses to Central Division opponents and won against a currently struggling team that no less has 40 points on the season.  It was a good win, and the Wild need to build on it after they get some rest.  Darcy Kuemper again showed his form and was solid for the Wild.  Charlie Coyle and Nino Niederreiter both looked to continue to break out of their slumps, but Niederreiter's goal was erased on the replay.  Coyle did score a goal-scorers goal, and now has goals in consecutive games.  The Wild have needed scoring from the trio currently manning the dawg house line, and they are building their chemistry.  The Wild survived another waved-off goal, but Coyle provided the insurance for the win in the third.

Now it's time to shut down, unwind, and enjoy the upcoming days.  Wild hockey will be back on Saturday.

The native language of last night's opponent has my mind on my favorite French duo.  Here's a treat from them, Nils Rogers, Stevie Wonder and Pharrell.  We Walk.
