playoff implications on the line in the regular season finale

Marilyn Indahl-USA TODAY Sports

After today's afternoon affair with the St. Louis Blues and when the rest of the league is done, we'll know who the Wild are playing in the playoffs. The Wild play Anaheim if St. Louis finish with more points than the Ducks. The Wild will play Nashville if they win tonight and Chicago losses which would put Minnesota 3rd in the division. They play St. Louis is any other situation happens... Catch that? Okay.

Devan Dubnyk starts for the Wild with the playoffs lingering. The Wild are 2-0-1 against the Blues this year and are 9-11-6 at St. Louis in their lifetime. Despite everyone freaking out about this possible playoff foe a few months back, it doesn't look all bad. You will probably see a handful of starters scratched tonight to give them some rest. We won't know who those players are until after warmups. Its a 2pm start at ScottTrade Center. The game was moved to 2pm and NBCSN will have the call. Check back at 1:45 for the gamethread. Go Wild!
