Preview: Wings @ Wild

4th line shifting again...

Rick Osentoski-USA TODAY Sports

After dropping a close one to the Rangers on Thursday afternoon, the Minnesota Wild turn their attention to the Detroit Red Wings. With just about every player set that was on injured reserve set to come off it, things are getting a bit hairy. Erik Haula will dress tonight and take Ryan Carter's spot on the 4th line. Nate Prosser will also dress tonight and will take Jordan Leopold's spot with Matt Dumba. Matt Cooke could be back by Tuesday and oh yeah, Jason Zucker is right behind him. Zucker was not suppose to be able to play until this time in May, but can be ready to go by next week.

Devan Dubnyk starts for the Wild tonight and looks to find himself back in the win column. Minnesota owns an all time record of 15-25-10 overall and 7-9-8 at Xcel Energy Center against Detroit. Dubnyk is 2-1-2 with a 2.97 GAA and a .906 SV% in six career starts. Minnesota hasn't lost consecutive games since Jan.19 and 20 and will have their hands full against a Red Wings team that will most likely be in the playoffs in the East. The Wild own a 17-12-2 against the Eastern Conference this season, including 10-3-2 against the Atlantic Division. Check back at 5:45 for the gamethread and Go Wild!
