Wilderness Walk: Storming Through Camp Edition

New, comments

Prospects Camp is well underway, and some turbulent weather gave large swaths of Minnesota a light show last night.

Brad Rempel-USA TODAY Sports

I know it took all day, but a little before midnight down here South of the River the sky lit up in a furious display of energy. If you slept through it, congratulations! If your property was damaged, I hope everyone in your tribe was at least left unscathed in the wake of last nights nature show.

How many of you made it out to the Wild's Open Scrimmage on Saturday? Who impressed you? Who didn't? We have another chance to see the kids in action tomorrow. Gates open at 6 pm and the scrimmage drops the puck at 6:30 pm. Of course, as always it is a free event. So gather up the kids and get out to the X. This is especially recommended if you do not have AC at your home. A nice free, cool place to hang out and you get to watch a little hockey in July to boot!
