Wilderness Walk: of Life

Yeah, we do the walk of life

Good morning Wilderness! Feels like it's been forever! How ya'll been?

Well, it's pretty much official now. Aside from a few arbitration hearings on the horizon we are smashing right into a brick wall (not unlike a foot) of the no-news season. I'm not going to lie folks. The outlook for the rest of the summer seems pretty dim.

Yesterday we were treated to what will undoubtedly go down as the highlight of the NHL offseason when long, long, long, long, long, long, long, long time President and General Manager of the New Jersey Devils Lou Lamoriello jumped ship. I was 6 years old when Lou was brought to New Jersey. That's like, infinity years ago or something. Not to worry sports fans! Sweet Lou received a parting gift called the Toronto Maple Leafs General Manager position.

So, congratulations Ray Shero?

The former Pittsburgh Penguins GM and St. Paul native, Shero now has complete control over the New Jersey Devils dumpster fire. To think, he just got there too.

Yeah, we do the walk of life
