It was a rough day for Wild prospects taking part in the World Juniors for Team USA as Alex Tuch injured his knee in the first period of a 10-3 debacle against Kaapo Kahkonen and Team Finland. The next punch landed squarely on Wild #2 pick Jordan Greenway who was cut from Team USA and will pack his bags and head for Boston University in the Fall. Joel Eriksson-Ek has tallied an assist and Louie Belpedio remains on the USA squad.
A slow day as expected in August. Only 64 days til opening night. We Walk.
