Wilderness Walk: 3..2..1...

Training Camp in 3 days! As you know, the players have already gathered and are working out together at captain's practices, but things officially get going on Friday after physicals on Thursday.

When there's this much Wild news, the season must be getting close.  And indeed, it is.  Just three more sleeps until training camp officially opens up.  Then onto a 5 game preseason and we are off to the races.  There's also quite a bit of player news around the league as the salary cap continues to present challenging situations for getting RFAs signed and UFAs are forced to accept Pro Try Outs to close out a tough offseason.  Two big stories from the NHL as the league will now provide concussion spotters as part of player safety protocol and also installing metal detectors for everyone's safety.

The Traverse City prospect Wild had another rough go, giving up 7 goals to the Blues.  The team is now 1-2 having defeated the Rangers and losing to the Blues and Blue Jackets.  Maybe a shift to a different colored opponent will do some good. Some football team lost really late last night as well, but it's ok #BecauseHockey

Today we serve up a little dubstep craziness to get your morning moving.  We Walk!
